Since November 2001, Mr. Kluger has been a Managing Director of Altaris Capital Partners LLC, a private equity healthcare firm. From 1992 until November 2001, Mr. Kluger served as a Managing Director of Liberty Capital Partners, Inc., a New York investment management firm and the general partner of Liberty Partners, L.P.
