Description Michael W. Kostelnik, Jr. is currently the Corporate Secretary and a director of the Company and has been a director of Two River since the bank opened. He is the retired President of McCue Captains Agency, an insurance agency located in Little Silver, New Jersey. Mr. Kostelnik, who has been involved in the insurance industry for 30 years, is a former member of the board of directors of the Independent Insurance Agents of New Jersey. Mr. Kostelnik was a member of the Community Advisory Board of Tinton Falls State Bank. Mr. Kostelnik is a past president of the Tinton Falls Rotary Club.
