Description Michael H. Lowry, age 64, was elected to the Board of Directors in August 1992. Mr. Lowry is a Managing Director of Nomura Securities International, Inc., an investment banking firm. Prior to joining Nomura Securities in February 1994, Mr. Lowry had been employed by the investment banking firm of Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. from 1991 to 1993 and by the investment banking firm of Kidder, Peabody & Co.
