Description MICHAEL H. MAGUSIAK was elected President of the Company in June 1994 and Chief Executive Officer in December 2008. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company from June 1988 to June 1994. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1988. He was Vice President of the Company from October 1987 to June 1988 and Controller of the Company from July 1987 to January 1989. He joined the Company in July 1987.
