Description Dr. McCoy, an orthopedic surgeon in private practice, also is the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Stormont Vail Regional Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas, a position he has held since October 2004. He previously served as Chief of Surgery at Stormont Vail from January 1987 to January 1988. Dr. McCoy is a member of the Kansas Medical Society, the Shawnee County Medical Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
