Michael McNamara
Description Mr. McNamara has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2005, and as our Chief Executive Officer, since January 1, 2006. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. McNamara served as our Chief Operating Officer from January 2002 through January 2006, as President, Americas Operations from April 1997 to December 2001, and as Vice President, North American Operations from April 1994 to April 1997. Mr. McNamara also serves on the boards of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. and Delphi Automotive LLP, and is on the Advisory Board of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
