Michael Miller
Description Michael D. Miller, Ph.D. has served as a director since 1997. Dr. Miller is a mathematical consultant at The RAND Corporation, an independent nonprofit research and analysis organization. He retired from The RAND Corporation as a senior mathematician in 2002 after 25 years with the organization. Dr. Miller has also taught mathematics at the University of California, Los Angeles since 1973. Dr. Miller is Steven G. Miller?s brother.
