Description Michael R. Moore serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Capital Bank Corporation and Capital Bank. In this position, Mr. Moore is responsible for the financial activities of the Company, including investment portfolio management, analyst relations and strategic planning. Mr. Moore has over 28 years of banking experience and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Funds Management for Sky Financial Group Incorporated. Mr. Moore was responsible for balance sheet management at Sky Financial Group which included the investment portfolio, borrowed funds, margin management of all loan and deposit products, and ensuring adequate liquidity was available.
