Description Michael P. Moran has served as our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President and as a member of our Board of Directors since 1997. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Moran was a Regional Vice President at Coram Healthcare, Inc. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Moran was a Regional Vice President for Chartwell Home Therapies, Inc. Prior to 1990, Mr. Moran held various sales and management positions at Critical Care America, Inc. Mr. Moran received a B.A. in Management from Assumption College. At the effective time of the Merger on January 13, 2010, in accordance with the Merger Agreement, Mr. Michael P. Moran resinged from the Board.
