Description The Euro Liquidity Fund’s investment objective is to provide liquidity and high current income, to the extent consistent with the preservation of capital, primarily by investing in high quality shortterm transferable debt securities that are denominated in Euro, provided that, at the time of acquisition, their initial or residual maturity does not exceed 397 days taking into account any financial instruments connected therewith, or the terms and conditions governing those securities provide that the applicable interest rate is adjusted at least annually on the basis of market conditions.
