Description The US Dollar Liquidity Fund’s investment objective is to provide liquidity and high current income, to the extent consistent with the preservation of capital, primarily by investing in high quality short- term transferable debt securities that are denominated in US Dollars, provided that, at the time of acquisition, their initial or residual maturity does not exceed 397 days, (with the exception of floating rate notes whose initial or residual maturity may not exceed 24 months) taking into account any financial instruments connected therewith, or the terms and conditions governing those securities provide that the interest rate applicable thereto is adjusted at least annually on the basis of market conditions.
