Morgan Wolf
Description Morgan J. Wolf has been a director of the Company since November 2007. Since 2005, Mr. Wolf has been a consultant specializing in budget planning and cost analysis for small local businesses. From 1995 to 2005 he was employed by the Company, serving in several key management roles. From 2005 through 2008, he was employed by the Company on a part-time basis to assist with financial planning initiatives. Prior to 1995, Mr. Wolf was employed by Sears for 32 years, serving in a variety of management positions, including appliance management, sales promotion, store manager, and district manager, in 8 different cities throughout the upper Midwest.
