Description Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of G-III. Mr. Goldfarb has served as an executive officer of G-III and our predecessors since our formation in 1974. Mr. Goldfarb served as a director of Lakes Entertainment, Inc. from June 1998 until March 2010. Mr. Goldfarb has significant knowledge of all facets of our company. His long history with the company, combined with his leadership skills and operating experience, makes him particularly well-suited to be our Chairman and serve on our Board.
