Description Mortimer B. Fuller III, age 66, has been our Executive Chairman since June 2007 and Chairman of the Board since 1977. Previously, Mr. Fuller was our CEO from 1977 to June 2007 and our President from 1977 to 1997. Effective December 31, 2009, Mortimer B. Fuller III is no longer acting in his capacity as Genesee & Wyoming Inc.?s Executive Chairman. Mr. Fuller will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of GWI.
