Description Mr. Krausz has held the position of President of the Company's subsidiary, The Berkshire Bank (the Bank) since March 1992 and Chief Executive Officer since November 1993. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Krausz was Managing Director of SFS Management Co., L.P., a mortgage banker, from 1987 to 1992 and was President of UMB Bank and Trust Company, a New York State chartered bank, from 1978 to 1987.
