Moujia Qi
Description Moujia Qi has served as one of our directors since August 2006. He currently serves as an independent member on the board of directors of China Pharmaceutical Group Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 1093), and as an independent member on the supervisory board of Wuhan Humanwell Hi-Tech Industry Co., LTD (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600079). He has also served as the Chairman of the China Starch Industry Association for the past five years. He was the deputy director and chief engineer of Huabei Pharmaceutical Factory and has held several management positions in various state-owned companies in the pharmaceutical industry. He has also served as the deputy director and chief director of the State Medicine Administration of the PRC before he retired in 1994.
