Description Mr. Shoaf began his employment with us as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel in April 2005. In addition, he served as our Interim Chief Financial Officer from February 2008 to March 2009. Prior to April 2005, he was Managing Director of Investment Banking for Avondale Partners, LLC. From 1996-2000, he was a Managing Director of J.C. Bradford and from 2000-2002, a Managing Director in the investment banking group of Morgan Keegan, a Memphis, Tennessee based investment banking firm and head of its Nashville Corporate Finance Office.
