P. Douglas Richard
Description Mr. Richard was appointed the Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Financial and Community Bank on January 12, 2000, and became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Financial and Community Bank on April 26, 2000. Mr. Richard will retire from his officer positions with the Company and the Bank effective April 30, 2010, but will continue to serve on the Board of Directors. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Community Financial on April 26, 2000 and was recently appointed Vice Chairman of the Board. From January 1, 1997, to January 12, 2000, Mr. Richard was a Senior Vice President of Community Bank.
