Description Mr. Johnson was appointed Chief Executive Officer on May 28, 2004 and Chairman on June 25, 2004. Prior to joining Cano, Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cano Energy Corporation from 2001 through 2004, and he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Scope Operating Company from 1997 through 2004. On the Closing Date of the Merger Agreement, between Cano Petroleum, Inc. and and Resaca Exploitation, Inc., Mr. S. Jeffrey Johnson will resign from his respective positions at the Company.
