S.A. ("Tony") Johnson
Description S.A. (?Tony?) Johnson has served as a Director since September 2000. Mr. Johnson brings more than 30 years of executive experience to his role on the Board, including his current position as a Managing Partner of OG Partners, a private industrial management company where he has served since 2004. Mr. Johnson served as the Chairman of Hidden Creek from May 2001 to May 2004 and from 1989 to May 2001 was its President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to forming Hidden Creek, Mr. Johnson served from 1985 to 1989 as Chief Operating Officer of Pentair, Inc., a diversified industrial company. Prior to 2005, Mr. Johnson served as a Director of Saleen, Inc., and Dura Automotive. Mr. Johnson served as a Director of Tower Automotive from 1993 to 2007.
