Description The Class B shares are a leveraged share class. As of the date hereof, the Fund has entered into a leverage agreement with the Leverage Provider on behalf of the Class B Shareholders. The Leverage Provider uses Class B subscriptions and the additional capital provided by the Leverage Provider to invest in Class A Shares which, in turn invest in the Master Fund. As a result, the Class B Shareholders, in essence, participate in a Class that has differences in its degree of risk and cost when compared to the Class A Shares.
