Sally Chial
Description Sally B. Chial joined the company in 2007 and has been serving as Vice President of Human Resources since that time. She was previously a member of the Senior Leadership Teams for Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources at Cargill from 2004 to 2007 and served as one of the company's lead human resource managers from 2001 to 2004. Ms. Chial earned a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis on human resources and finance from Metropolitan State University, and a Master of Arts in public administration, with an emphasis on human resources and organizational development, from Hamline University.
