Salvatore Alfiero
Description Mr. Alfiero has served as a Director since December 2002. In May 2001, Mr. Alfiero founded Protective Industries, LLC and currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In March 1969, Mr. Alfiero founded Mark IV Industries, Inc. and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until its sale in September 2000. Mr. Alfiero also serves on the board of directors of HSBC Bank USA, HSBC North America Holdings, Inc. and Southwire Company.
