Salvatore Badalamenti
Description Mr. Badalamenti has been a director since October 2006. He retired from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (a management buyout firm) in 1999, having served in a number of positions there since 1985, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. The board sought Mr. Badalamenti?s participation as a director due to his extensive financial experience at the corporate, partnership, non-profit, public, and private levels in order to serve as one of the Board?s financial experts.
