Mr. Trani has extensive experience in the financial industry in a variety of managerial, operational and trading capacities. His business experience provides him with a perspective into the financial markets past trends, current developments and potential future prospects. Mr. Trani provides the Board with insight to the financial markets and operations which are important to the Company's current proceedings and future business prospects.
