Sam Singer
Description Sam Singer has been the Company?s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 1987 and a Director since November 1989. He is responsible for all of the Company?s financial activities. Mr. Singer was the Controller for Sycomm Systems Corporation, a data processing and management consulting company, from 1981 to 1987, prior to joining the Company. He received a B.A. degree from Strayer University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University. Mr. Singer devotes all of his working time to the business of the Company.
