Description Samuel A. Fowler, Jr., age 63, has been a director of the Company since the Company commenced operations in February 1997. Mr. Fowler serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Fowler has been a member in the Thomson, Georgia law firm of Fowler & Wills, L.L.C., since 1998. Mr. Fowler has practiced law in McDuffie and Wilkes Counties since 1977. Mr. Fowler holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia.
