Samuel Harvey
Description Samuel J. Harvey was Mayor of the Village of Cardington, Morrow County, Ohio for over six years, and previously served for eleven years as a member of the Village Council. A retired teacher, Mr. Harvey was a vocational agricultural instructor at Cardington Lincoln High School for 27 years. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel (Retired), U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Harvey is active with a number of vocational education associations and local civic organizations, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cardington First United Methodist Church.
