Samuel Miller
Description Mr. Miller, 88, has been a Forest City director since 1960. He has been the Co-Chairman of our Board of Directors since June 1995 and our Treasurer since 1992. He previously served as Chairman of the Board from June 1993 to June 1995 and Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer prior to June 1993. Mr. Miller is also an officer and/or director of various subsidiaries. Mr. Miller is active with numerous community, educational, charitable and business organizations, including the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland State University, John Carroll University, Notre Dame College, Catholic Diocese of Cleveland Foundation, Baldwin Wallace College, and serves as the Co-Chairman of Medical Mutual of Ohio.
