Mr. Potts was a Vice President in Commercial Lending of M&F Bank from March 2004 to July 2008. He was a Credit Review Officer with M&F Bank from June 2003 to February 2004. Between February 2002 and May 2003, he was employed with Regions Bank as a Management Associate. He has been a director of the Company since 2007.
