
Description Samuel K. Skinner first joined our Board in September 2006 and has served as our non-executive Chairman of the Board since February 2007. Since May 2004, Mr. Skinner has been of counsel at the law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP where he is the Chair of the Chicago Governmental Affairs Practice. Mr. Skinner served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of USF Corporation from July 2000 to May 2003, and from 1993 to 1998 he served as President of Commonwealth Edison Company and its holding company Unicom Corporation. Mr. Skinner served as the Chief of Staff to President George H.W. Bush from December 1991 to August 1992, and from 1989 to 1991, he served as the Secretary of Transportation. In 1975, he was appointed by President Gerald R. Ford as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Skinner is currently a director of Navigant Consulting, Inc., APAC Customer Services Inc., MedAssets, Inc. and Express Scripts, Inc. Mr. Skinner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.
