Samuel Tishler
Description Samuel W. Tishler, Chairman of our Board of Directors, is an independent consultant, retired in 2003 as vice president for Corporate Development for Acterna Corporation, a manufacturer of telecommunications test equipment, and is an experienced strategic planning and venture investment professional. He was a vice president of Arthur D. Little Enterprises, Inc. from 1977 to 1986 and a founder of Arthur D. Little Ventures. He also was a vice president of Raytheon Ventures from 1987 to 1994, and in that capacity was responsible for its venture capital portfolio. Mr. Tishler has also served on many of the Boards of venture-backed companies, including Viewlogic Systems and Kloss Video Corporation.
