Sandra Bergeron
Description Sandra Bergeron has served as a director since May 2006. Since June 2005, Ms. Bergeron has served as a Venture Advisor to Trident Capital, a venture capital firm. From 1995 to December 2005, Ms. Bergeron served in various executive positions at McAfee, Inc., a software security company, most recently as Executive Vice President of Mergers/Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy. Ms. Bergeron currently serves as a director of several private companies. She holds a B.B.A. in information systems from Georgia State University and an M.B.A. from Xavier University, Cincinnati. Ms Bergeron?s experience in the venture capital industry and as well as in the software security industry as an executive and her understanding of our company through her more than four years of service as a member of our board led the board to conclude that she should serve as a director.
