Sandra Feltman
Description Sandra D. Feltman is Senior Vice President/Director of Lending of the Bank. Ms. Feltman has previously served in various capacities since joining the Bank in 1972 and has served in her present capacity as Director of Lending since 1982. Her responsibilities include carrying out the Bank?s lending policies and acting as the Community Reinvestment Act Officer. Ms. Feltman has previously served as the President and Director of the Greater Elkton Chamber of Commerce as well as a member in the committee to select a new Elkton Police Chief and the Teacher Recruitment/Retention Committee. She also participates in various activities for the Business and Education Partnership Advisory Council. Ms. Feltman is a member and past chairman of the Finance Committee of the Cecil County Board of Realtors. Ms. Feltman is also a past director of the Cecil County Home Builders Association.
