Description Ms. Laney is Chairman and CEO of Cadre Computer Resources Co., Cincinnati, Ohio (information security) and has held this position since August 21, 2001. Ms. Laney retired as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Administrative Officer of the Company on March 1, 2003, having held these positions since May 2001 and May 1991, respectively. Previously, from November 1993 until May 2001, she held the position of Senior Vice President of the Company. She is a director of Omnicare.
