Sandra Peterson
Description Sandra E. Peterson, age 51, has served as a director of D&B since September 2002, and is Chairman of the Innovation & Technology Committee and a member of the Board Affairs Committee. Ms. Peterson has served as Executive Vice President and President, Medical Care, Bayer HealthCare LLC, a researcher, developer, manufacturer and marketer of products for diabetes disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment, as well as other medical devices, since May 2005. Ms. Peterson previously served as group president of government for Medco Health Solutions, Inc. (formerly Merck-Medco) from September 2003 until February 2004, senior vice president of Medco?s health businesses from April 2001 through August 2003 and senior vice president of marketing for Merck-Medco Managed Care LLC from January 1999 to March 2001. Ms. Peterson does not serve on the board of any public company other than D&B. She previously served as a director of Handleman Company, a public company, from May 2001 to November 2005.
