Description Mr. Ahn has served on Furmanite?s Board of Directors since 1989 and Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2006, in addition to serving on both the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Compensation Committee. Now retired, Mr. Ahn was a founding partner of Morgan, Lewis, Githens & Ahn, an investment banking firm. Since 1986, Mr. Ahn has served as a Director of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PTC), a publicly-traded company that delivers solutions for the hospitality, logistics and government industries. Mr. Ahn?s extensive knowledge of economic and financial information was attained over the past 40-year involvement in management of public companies.
