Description Sanjay Vaswani has served as a director since April 2004. Mr. Vaswani has been a managing partner of the Center for Corporate Innovation, Inc., a professional services firm, since 1990. From 1987 to 1990 he was with McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, Mr. Vaswani was employed by Intel Corporation. Mr. Vaswani serves as a director of Blue Star Infotech Ltd., an Indian publicly traded software services firm. Mr. Vaswani earned a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
