Member of our Audit Committee and Finance and Enterprise Risk Committee.Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital LLC in 2005, Ms. Hays served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2001 to 2005 and as Vice President and General Counsel from 2000 to 2001 of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, a worldwide hotel and timeshare company. She served as General Counsel from 1997 to 2000 and as Development Counsel from 1994 to 1997 for Hyatt Development Corporation, a worldwide hotel and timeshare property development company.
