Sara Mathew
Description Ms. Mathew, age 54, has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2010 and as our President since March 2007, and was named to our board of directors in January 2008. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer from March 2007 to December 2009 and as Chief Financial Officer from August 2001 to February 2007 in addition to serving as President, D&B U.S. from September 2006 to February 2007, with additional leadership responsibility for strategy from January 2005 to February 2007. In addition, Ms. Mathew served as President, D&B International from January 2006 through September 2006. Before joining D&B, she served in various positions at Procter & Gamble, including Vice President of Finance for the ASEAN region from August 2000 to July 2001, Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer of the global baby care business unit from July 1998 to July 2000, and various other positions prior to that. Ms. Mathew is also a director of the following public company: Campbell Soup Company. She has not served as a director of any other public company in the last five years.
