Description Scott E. Cody joined us in June 2005 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer by the Board of Directors in September 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Cody held various positions with Metro Networks, Inc., serving as Vice President of Finance from 1997 to June 2002 and Senior Vice President of Business Development from July 2002 to June 2005.
