Scott Cook
Description Mr. Cook, a founder of Intuit, has been an Intuit director since March 1984 and is currently an executive officer. He served as Intuit's Chairman of the Board from February 1993 through July 1998. From April 1984 to April 1994, he served as Intuit's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Cook also serves on the board of directors of eBay Inc. and The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Cook holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Southern California and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
