Scott Cunningham
Description Mr. Cunningham has served as our CFO since 2004. Mr. Cunningham joined us in June 1992 as Director of Business Services at one of the nursing facilities that we manage. He became Corporate Controller in September 1997, was appointed Corporate Treasurer in August 1998, and Vice President of Finance in August 1999. Mr. Cunningham graduated from Wright State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, majoring in both Accounting and Finance.
