Description Scott W. Hamer was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank in January 2007. Mr. Hamer previously served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company since April 2003 and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the Bank since April 2003. Mr. Hamer?s extensive experience in the local banking industry and involvement in business and civic organizations in the communities in which the Bank serves affords the Board valuable insight regarding the business and operations of the Company and Bank.
