Scott Holloway
Description Scott W. Holloway, age 60, became a director in October 2003. Since 1986, Mr. Holloway has served as a President, Chief Executive Officer and sole owner of Hampton Financial Group, Inc., a company involved in real estate development, investment, management and mortgage brokerage. In 2001, HFG established iCAP Realty Advisors, LLC, a national commercial mortgage banking and investment sales company. In 2000, Mr. Holloway co-founded Holloway Technology, LLC f/k/a Holloway Irrigation Systems, Inc., a company that develops irrigation and growing systems for outdoor container-grown plants.
