Description Scott C. Huebner, age 37, has served as Executive Vice President since March 2009 and as the President of the HealthSpring?s Texas market and of HealthSpring?s GulfQuest management operations since January 2006. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President of the company and Vice President of Network Operations of Texas HealthSpring. Prior to joining HealthSpring in 2000, Mr. Huebner served as senior administrator for NAMM. Mr. Huebner holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
