Scott Kuechle
Description Mr. Kuechle joined the Company in 1983 as a Financial Analyst in the Company?s former Tire Division. He has held several subsequent management positions, including Manager of Planning and Analysis in the Tire Division, Manager of Analysis in Corporate Analysis and Control as well as Director of Planning and Control for the Company?s former Water Systems and Services Group. He was promoted to Director of Finance and Banking in 1994 and elected Vice President and Treasurer in 1998. Mr. Kuechle was elected Vice President and Controller in September 2004, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2005 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2008. Mr. Kuechle received a B.B.A. in economics from the University of Wisconsin ? Eau Claire and an M.S.I.A. in finance from Carnegie-Mellon University.
