Scott Menefee
Description Mr. Menefee is the vice president of real estate development for Opus Northwest, LLC, a large commercial real estate development firm. During his tenure with Opus, he has been involved in the development of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate, including office buildings, high-rise residential condominiums, land development shopping centers and industrial properties.
