Description Mr. Taylor, 51, holds the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and has been with the Company since 2005. He served as Deputy General Counsel from the time he joined the Company in 2005 until 2007. Prior to joining Devon, Mr. Taylor was with Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP for 20 years, most recently as managing partner of the energy practice in Houston. He is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.
