Scott Pulliam
Description Scott F. Pulliam has been a director of the Company since 1985. Since 1983, Mr. Pulliam has practiced as a public accountant in the Robinson, Illinois area. He holds a bachelors degree in business, majoring in accounting. Mr. Pulliam was elected Chairman of the Board of the Bank?s predecessor, First Robinson Savings & Loan, F.A., in 1991. He has been Chairman of the Board of the Company since the Company?s inception in 1997. Mr. Pulliam worked on several bank audits while employed by a regional CPA firm. His accounting experience qualifies him to serve as our ?audit committee financial expert? and to serve as the Audit Committee chairman. He also serves as a board member for a local private school and has served in many capacities in his church, and his family is well known in the local business community.
